Fry or scramble one egg per serving. Chop the green onions. Clean and trim the asparagus as needed. Saute the asparagus and the green onion in a skillet with olive oil and a lid. About ten minutes into the saute, add arugula on top. Recover the skillet with the lid. Cook for about 3 minutes more, until arugula is wilted. Meanwhile warm up the wrap bread and sprinkle cheese on if desired.
