Moroccan Stew

Ingredients
4 cups sliced zucchini1/2 c. red peppers, sweet, red, raw, diced 12 oz. Butternut Squash, 360 grams 1 28 oz. can of whole italian tomatoes, crushed 12 oz. Potato, raw, and cubed( 6 small ) Olive Oil, 1 1tsp8 ounces of sliced Mushrooms, freshCurry powder, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp.Garlic, 3 cloves, crushed
Directions
Saute garlic for a few seconds in the olive oil. Add spinach to lightly cook.l. Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces, put in a pot, add a cup of water and cook 30 minutes. Makes 6 - 8 bowls of soup.
