smothered lamb chops

Ingredients
Lamb chopfeta cheesedried rosemarydried thymedried oreganoolive oil
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredient together except the lamb chop and feta cheese. Coat one side of the lamb chop with infused olive oil.

2. Broil for five minutes then flip the lamb chop and coat that side with the olive oil mixture. Broil for five minutes.

3. Top the lamb chop with feta cheese and broil for about five minutes or until the cheese is melted.
