Beef and broccoli

350 gr Broccoli (2 small stacks) fresh12 oz blade roast - beef (cooked and diced)1 large red pepper - roasted and chopped1 large onion - diced1 serving of HCG French onion soup ( homemade)1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp teriaky or soy sauce
Chop broccoli and cook in microwave. (4 min) Set aside.
In a wok, add .25 serving of onion soup and saute the onion and broccoli stems. When tender, add meat to warm it up.
Sauce: bring to boil in a small saucepan the onion soup. Add soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir until desired consistency.
Add broccoli and roaster pepper to the wok. Pour sauce over and mix.
Serve immediately - over rice (not in calculation, optional)
