cook 1 pound package of lentils in 8 cups of hot water with 2 cubes of beef bouillon and 2 tablespoons minced dried onion for about 25 minutes. 'Cook them in a 8 quart heavy sauce pot.In skillet brown 1 pound of 80% lean hamburger meat.Then boil in water and rinse all the fat out.Add the cooked hamburger to the cooked lentils with the following ingredients:1 15.25 oz can of black beans2 14.5 oz crushed tomatoes1 14.5 oz carrots (chopped in food proccessor)1 15.5 can red kidney beans1 15.25 can green Lima Beans1 15.5 can yellow hominy1 original package of Williams Chilli Seasoning1 to 2 teaspoons of salt according to your taste1 teaspoon sugar1 tablespoon chilli powder (if you want )mix this all together and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. do not drain the vegetables.
