Canadian Bacon broccoli egg cups Goodspeed

Ingredients
14 whole large eggs2 cups of egg whites1 10 oz package of chopped broccoli3 cups of sliced red peppers (I use frozen)2 cups frozen corn (I use roasted)10 oz package of chopped onions6 oz of Canadian bacon1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Sautee all ingredients in omeletter pan.
Divide into 36 cupcakes.
Beat egg whites with whole eggs and pour on top.
Sprinkle a touch of parm on top, and bake for 40 mins or until golden brown.
