Ingredients
1/2 c. Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (30 calorie version)1/4 C. Low Fat Yogurt, Vanilla1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup (good quality)1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1/2 c. Plus 1 tbsp. Pure Pumpkin Puree
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender (in order listed) and mix until well blended.
If a frostier beverage is desired, add 4-8 ice cubes and blend again until ice is combined well.
Serve.
