Homemade Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread

In breadmaker container, add 1 1/2 cups water (80-90 degrees), 1 1/4 T unsalted butter at room temperature, 1 1/4 teas salt, 2 1/2 T honey, 3 cups and 6 T whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup barley flour, 2 1/2 T oats or oat flour, 1/2 cup flax seed and/or millet and2 1/4 teas yeast - in that order. Set breadmaker to whole wheat setting, desired crust doneness and large size loaf.
