Honey Apple Bran Muffins

Oat Bran, 2 cup Flour, white, 1.25 cup 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed *Honey, .6 oz Apples, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) Prunes, dried, 5 Orange Peel, 1 tbsp (if desired, 2 oz orange or lemon juice)Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 6-8 oz*Milk, non-fat (6-8 oz)Cinnamon, 1 teasCloves, 1 TeasBaking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)1 large egg
Mix all dry ingredients including spices. Add milk, yogurt and zest (include extra orange or lemon juice if desired). Mix by hand well but do not overstir. Add egg, stir lightly and then add cut up fruit.
Use Ice Cream scooper and scoop into baking cups. Bake 375 for approx 25 minutes
