1 medium onion, chopped1 (16oz) can low sodium black beans1 (16oz)can kidney beans1 (8oz)can no salt added tomato sauce1 (10oz) package frozen corn kernels1 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes w/chilies1 packet Mrs. Dash taco seasoning1 Tbsp cumin1 Tbsp chili powder1 lb lean ground beef1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until cooked through. Drain fat and add to slow cooker.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
