Wet:1.5 cups of pumpkin puree1 cup apple, grated1/3 cup of butter3 eggs1/2 cup maple syrupDry:1.5 cups rolled oats1/2 cup whole wheat flour3 tbsp shredded coconut3 tbsp ground flax seeds1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1.5 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix wet into dry and spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
