Chicken Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
Whole Rotesserie Chicken12 Cups Chicken Broth3 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables5 cups Fresh Tortellini1 medium onion3 stalks celery1 TBSP Parsley1 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning2 Chicken Bouillon CubesSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Pour Chicken Broth, spices, bouillon cubes, chopped onion & celery, vegetables into a large heavy bottom stock pan.

Cut chicken off the bone, remove the skin and tear into bite sized pieces - add to pan.

Bring to a boil - add Tortellini - return to boil. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes.

Turn off heat and serve!
