Ingredients
16 oz fresh mushrooms10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained6 Egg Whites6 large eggs4oz feta cheese13 mission flour tortillas
Directions
Saute mushrooms and spinach for a few minutes. Add eggs and cheese and stir until set. Measure 1/3c. of mixture into each tortilla.
