Soup - Crockpot Fat Burning - Makes 8 1.5cup servings

Ingredients
5 Scallions- chopped1 28oz can diced tomatoes1 bunch(10ish stalks) raw celery- chopped4 cloves garlic- diced1 10oz pkg chopped spinach3 tsp better than bouillon- beef flavor1.5 cup plain cooked pumpkin (sub 15oz can)Spices like Salt & Pepper, No Salt Seasoning, Basil, Oregano, Parsley etc to taste.
Directions
Place all veggies in crockpot- chopped small! Add water till veggies are just covered and add spices.

Cook on low for 6 hours, OR high for 3 hours.

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 cup servings.
I like to portion out in pint jars to add to my daily lunch.
