Sugar-free crockpot applesauce

Ingredients
Apples - 12 or soCinnamon - about 1/2 tspWater - 1/4 cup
Directions
peel, core, and cube apples. Put them in the crockpot with the water and cinnamon. Cook for 4-6 hrs, stirring occasionally as needed. Mash with potato masher or put in blender, depending on desired texture.
