Black Bean & Pumpkin Burgers

Ingredients
1 cup black beans, rinsed & drained1/3 cup canned pumpkin1 Tbsp flour1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cayenne powder1 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the black beans, pumpkin, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and cayenne powder and pulse until well combined but not completely smooth. Some bean texture is good. Form mixture into two equal sized patties.

2. Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add burgers and cook 5 - 10 minutes per side, or until lightly browned and heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 2 patties
