Chicken Rice Casserole with Homemade Cream Soup

Ingredients
Canned Cream Soup - Homemade = 1 can, 1 serving Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 5 ounces Red Quinoa and Brown Rice, Village Harvest, 3 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz
Directions
Chop chicken into bite size chunks or shred it.

Mix all ingredients except cheese together.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cheese should be browned and bubbly.

Cut into 6 squares.
