Lightweight Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2c Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix1 egg1/4c Carnation Malt Powder3 T oil3/4 - 1 1/4 water
Directions
1 HEAT
and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron.

2 STIR
waffle mix, water, egg(s) and oil together with a wire whisk until smooth. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto waffle iron.

3 COOK
waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown (or follow waffle iron manufacturer’s cooking instructions).
