Dad's Favorite Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Blend1 TB Sugar1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/4 tsp. Salt1 Egg1 Cup Plain, Unsweetened Almond Milk (30 cal/cup)3 TB Melted Butter1 tsp Vanilla Extract (pure)
Directions
Preheat waffle iron before starting preparation.

Stir together into a medium sized bowl and set aside.

2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 TBS Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt

In another bowl beat

1 egg

Stir into beaten egg

1 Cup Unsweetened, plain almond milk (30 cal/cup)
3 TB Melted Butter (Yes Butter)

Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake in preheated, hot waffle iron until steaming has stopped--about 5 minutes for thick waffles.

Serving Size:�1 waffle, 1/2 of batter
