Garlic Parmesan Edamame

1 package frozen shelled edamame, defrosted & dried1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded1/4 tsp garlic powderSalt & pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt & pepper in a and bowl and set aside.
3. In separate bowl, combine edamame and oil and toss to coat. Add Parmesan mixture and mix well. Spread in a single layer on a large baking pan.
4. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is crispy.
