Candy Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend1/4 cup diet lemon-lime soda2/3 cup vinegar3 cloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, pepper, garlic and soy sauce and mix well. Add the chicken to the slow cooker and pour the soy sauce mixture over the top. Add the vinegar and then slowly pour in the soda.

2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over rice with sauce.
