Ingredients
1/3 cup almond flour 1 tablespoon chia bran (or flax meal or coconut flour) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 egg, whisked 2 and 1/2 tablespoons butter (or coconut or olive oil), melted
Directions
Instructions
1.Grease a mug.
2.Mix together all the ingredients with a fork.
3.Pour mixture into mug.
4.Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
5.Cool for a few minutes.
6.Pop out of mug gently and slice into 4 rounds

    I have been making it for my son on Paleo. It is quick and simple. He likes the olive oil versions (we try it with all the flour/meal options) best. If you put it in a soup mug, you get a bun sized piece of bread but only 1 serving. - 1/12/15
