Turmeric Milk

Ingredients
Unsweetened almond milk - 8 oz. Organic ground turmeric 1 tsp. Organic ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Organic ground ginger 1/2 tsp. Raw honey 1/2 - 1 tbsp. Ground black pepper - just a dash or two (optional)
Directions
Heat just to a boil on the stovetop or microwave for 2 minutes.

Don't be afraid to play with the spices a little, just remember turmeric is the important herb here.
