1 lb chicken breast1/3 cup flour for dredging3 eggs beaten with8 tsp parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and3 tbsp. chicken brothfry in oil, then drain and empty panin same pan, reduce chicken broth and winethen add butter, reduce some moreadd lemon juice and reduce for a few more minutesreturn cutlets to pan and heat for 2-3 minutes only
