Nicole's Thai Chicken Pizza (modified)

Ingredients
//Thai Peanut Sauce2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter2 Tbsp honey2 Tbsp soy sauce1.5 Tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp sriracha1 tsp minced garlic¼ tsp fresh grated ginger//PizzaPizza doughThai peanut sauce2 cups cooked, chopped chicken1 ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
To make Thai peanut sauce, combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth and well combined.

Roll out pizza dough (we use grocery store bakery pizza dough) and spread on Thai Peanut Sauce. Add chicken and cheese to cover peanut sauce. Bake for 15 minutes, or until pizza is cooked and crust is golden brown.
