Ingredients
**For some ingredients, to guarantee GF, you will have to be sure to use Certified GF ingredients.1 medium Banana1/2 cup GrapeOla Grape Seed Oil2 EggLand's Best Cage Free Brown Eggs Large2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1/3 cup Stevia in the Raw1/3 cup Brown Sugar1-1/2 cups Buckwheat Flour1/2 tsp Salt1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder1-1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 15 oz can Pumpkin (no added ingredients)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Blend until smooth. Mix remaining ingredients together, then slowly add to other ingredients until completely blended. Grease muffin tins and spoon mixture into tins. Bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes.
