Chinese Fried Rice, Serving: 1/2 cup

Ingredients
12 oz bacon, cut in small pieces6 eggs6 Tbsp milk3 cups minute rice1 tsp margarine4 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Fry bacon and drain. Set aside. Whisk together eggs and milk. Scramble eggs in a bit of reserved bacon grease. Add bacon. Cook rice according to pkg directions, adding margarine. Add rice to eggs and bacon. Stir in soy sauce and salt and pepper if desired. Fry on low to medium heat, stirring every so often, at least 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
