Summer Squash, 2 large Chicken Thigh, 200 grams Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped Raw, 1 cup Badia minced garlic in olive oil, 1 tsp Chicken & Meat Seasoning, 1 tsp Kraft 2% Shredded Mozarrella Cheese, 0.25 cup
Hard broil the zuchinnis for 10 minutes until tender
Meanwhile cook all other ingredientes (except the mozarrella cheese) in a pan for about 10 minutes.
When the zuchinnis are ready cut them in half along the longest side and remove white inside including the seeds and mixed them with the previously cooked chicken.
When all mixed fill the zuchinnis with the mixture and sprinkle with the mozarrella cheese. Bake in a non stick pan for 5 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 4 zuchinni halves
