Ham, Potato & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
6 eggs1 cup milk1 teaspoon herbssalt, pepper, garlic powder7 mushrooms sliced2 small baked potatoes (skin removed), chopped2 oz diced ham1/2 shredded cheese
Directions
Bake potatoes in microwave, peel off skin and dice. Add potatoes, diced ham and sliced mushroom in non-stick pan and sauté until mushrooms cooked through. Beat eggs, milk, seasonings and cheese all together. Put sautéed ingredients into the uncooked shell and slowing pour the egg mixture over. Make sure pie pan is on a cookie sheet. Bake at 370 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the center is almost set but jiggles slightly when gently shaken & knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
