Vegetarian Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1c dried black beans, soaked,cooked and drained32oz crushed tomatoes1pkt Chili seasoning1/4 c Chopped onion
Directions
Soak beans, cook and drain. Add tomatoes, onions and seasoning mix. Cook over medium heat until hot and flavors blend. Serve with extra chopped onion, nonfat cheddar, nonfat sour cream or oven baked, crisp corn tortillas if desired.

The kids like to cook this down until it is thick and eat as a bean dip with baked tortilla chips.
