Thai Grapefruit and Jicama Salad

Ingredients
2 pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned1 jicama, peeled and grated½ cup thinly sliced red onion¼ cup rice vinegar1 tablespoon lime juice1 teaspoon crushed red pepper1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Combine grapefruit, jicama and onion in a large
bowl. Whisk together vinegar, lime juice, red
pepper and honey; drizzle over salad mixture,
tossing to coat.
