My new favorite chili recipe!!!! I cooked it on low for 8 hours today while at work and cut my chicken into small chunks instead of making it ground and it turned out perfect! I'm in love. Nice and spicy. Was great with saltines. Looking forward to making more. - 12/16/13

I have this recipe on my tracker for Saturday and it really looks delicious. However the salt content is far too high for me. Here is what I am changing out for Frank's Hot Sauce... (I have to say that one is my favorite too!) I am using Chipotle Powder. It is smoky and just spicy enough. - 12/5/13

This recipe is wonderful, and pretty easy to make. My DH loved it and was surprised the flavor was so good with it only cooking for 2 hours. My mom, who does not like spicy food, was concerned it'd be too spicy for her, but she enjoyed it too. - 9/6/17

Dumb question......is the chicken already cooked before grinding? - 12/17/13

This was delicious, but a bit high with the sodium, I used beans that I cooked with my own sauce, to cut the sodium down. - 4/16/17

This is pretty good for chicken in chili. However, I didn't add salt. You don't really need it. - 4/9/17

I added onions and more peppers (green and yellow) only because I like a lot of them otherwise good to go! - 3/31/17

Way to much salt...suggestion...use plain kidney beans instead of the ones in a sauce...probably the culprit of the excess salt. - 3/28/17

Very good and much healthier than our normal chili. I chopped the chicken by hand and it was fine. I would add onion next time. - 1/4/15

Really not a fan of this recipe. Hubby liked it but I found it to be too rich with the 5 tablespoons of chili powder and 30oz of tomato sauce. - 12/9/13

I do enjoy making chili. I don't use the hot sauce though and put it on the side for people to add however much they want. - 9/4/20
