These ingridients are doubled.3 cups Unbleached Flour1.5 cups Flax Seed Meal1.5 cups Oat Bran2 cups Splenda Brown Sugar Blend4 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Baking Power4 tsp Cinnamon3 cups finelyshredded carrots2 finely shredded green apples2 finely shredde sweet apples1/2 cup golden raisins1/2 dried cherris1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup pistachio nuts4 medium eggs (Use substitute for vegans)1.5 cup milk (Use soy for vegans)2 tsp VanillaWheat Germ
1. Mix dry ingredients (except wheat germ)in a large bowl
2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients
3. Incorporate wet ingridients into dry ingridients and mix unitil blended.
4. Fill up muffin cups (about 3 tbls. per muffin)
5. Sprinke wheat germ on each muffin.
Place on oven warmed up to 350 F from 15-17 minutes.
Yields 54 muffins (Good for party or for freezing)
