Smoked Turkey & Black Bean Soup

1 1/2 lb lean turkey cutlets1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach1 cup frozen corn1 small onion, peeled & diced1 (15oz) can low sodium black beans, rinsed & drained1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained1 Tbsp Italian seasoning2 medium carrots, sliced1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce1 tsp liquid smoke2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to mix well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
3. Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Stir the shredded meat back into the soup and stir. Serve.
