Blender wheat pancakes

1 cup fat free milk1 cup whole wheat/ not the flour but the whole grain2 lrg eggs2 tbsp veg oil2 tsp baking powder2 tbsp sugar or honey1/2 tsp salt
Put milk and wheat in the blender. Blend on highest speed for 4 to 5 minutes or until batter is smooth. Add eggs, oil, baking powder, sugar, salt and blend on low. cook on hot griddle.
*For waffles add 1 tbsp more of wheat and increase oil to 4 tbsp
