Ingredients
2 Large eggs2 tablespoons lemon juice1/8 Kosher salt1/8 pepper1 tsp dijon mostard2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. In a blender put the eggs, lemon, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix together with the blender.
2. Do not turn the blender off and star pouring the olive oil.
3. Mix it until is smooth and enjoy!
