Baking powder noodles

Ingredients
2cups flour2 tsp baking powderDash of salt1 c milk4 med potatoes1/4 c onion
Directions
Mix flour , salt and baking powder in bowl. Add milk. Kneed into soft dough ball. Set aside. Spray electric skillet with olive oil. Add onions. Slice potato in small pieces and add to skillet. Add cream to potato mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Take pieces of dough and roll into little pieces - rolled strips-in hands and drop into skillet on top of cream and potato mixture. Cover immediately cook covered for apron. 30 minutes. Do not open cover to elec skillet until done. You will hear them frying when almost done.

Serving Size: Makes apron. 6-8 1 cup servings

    I haven't tried it yet - I was going to make it tonight but when reading through the method it says to "add to the cream and potato mixture" but there is no mention of cream in the ingredients and I have already done my shopping today. I will have to give it a miss. - 2/5/14
