Ana's Crockpot Chili

2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef16 oz bag dry Light Red Kidney Beans28 oz can Diced Tomatoes14.5 oz can Chili Ready Tomatoes2Tbsp Cumin 1Tbsp Cayenne Pepper2Tbsp Chili Powder1Tbsp Garlic Powder2Tbsp Onion Powder
1. Let the beans sit overnight in a bowl of water per package directions. Rinse and then put in a crock pot.
2. Brown ground Beef in a pan on medium heat until cooked through.
3. Add all ingredients to the crock pot, just barely cover the ingredients with water (1/2 inch), and put on high heat for one hour.
4. Turn heat down to low and cook for another 8+ hours, but not more than 12, stirring every so often.
Serving Size: Makes 3-4 Quarts of Chili or 16 1-cup servings approximately
