Ingredients
Crab Imperial:1 lb. Phillips Jumbo Lump Crab Meat1 tsp. parsley1 tsp. fresh lemon juice1 egg1 tsp. Phillips Seafood Seasoning1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce3 oz. mayonnaise1 tsp. melted butterImperial Topping:3 oz. mayonnaise1 oz. half and half1/2 tsp. Phillips Seafood Seasoning1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce4 ramekins for baking (or empty crab shells)Pinch of Paprika
Directions
Prepare Crab Imperial:
1. Combine all Crab Imperial ingredients (except for the crab meat) in a medium mixing bowl and whip until smooth.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, add crab meat and pour imperial mixture over crab meat.
3. Blend ingredients together by tossing very gently in order to avoid breaking crab lump meat.
4. Place 4 oz. of crab into each individual ramekin (or shell) and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Crab Imperial Topping:
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the Imperial Topping and whip until smooth.
2. Top each ramekin (or shell) of baked crab imperial with topping and a pinch of paprika.
3. Place in broiler to finish off until golden brown.
