Slow Cooker Chunky Chipotle Beef Stew

1 pounds beef stew meat, large chunks1/3 cup all purpose flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups beef broth4 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped1 teaspoon paprika2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 sweet onion, large chopped3 Yukon potatoes cut into large chunks 1/2 pound baby carrots cut in half1 small can sweet corn 3 celery stalks, cut in large chunks1/4 cup sour cream2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Place meat in a large zip lock bag. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix and shake until well coated.
Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Add oil and lightly brown floured meat. Depending on the size of pan, you may need to do this in two batches.
Place meat in the slow cooker. Stir in broth, garlic, peppers, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, potatoes, carrots and celery.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Before serving add sour cream and cilantro.
