1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup unsalted pumpkin puree1/2 banana2 tbsp ground flax seed1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp gingerpinch each of nutmeg, cloves & allspice
