Ingredients:2c Green Split PeasCelery, raw, 2.5 stalk, large Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, tiny strips or shredded2c. Zucchini, chopped, raw, w/skin, 2 Garlic Cloves, mincedWhole Bay Leafs, 3 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Progresso Chicken Broth, 3.5 cup (Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) To TasteBlend IT Italian seasoningSaltPepperCayenne Pepper
Directions
Add Peas, veggies, seasoning, water and any broth you choose (this can be vegan!)
Cook on Low for 8 hours or until ready to eat.
