Steamed Asparagus with Cheese - Lite

Ingredients
20 Asparagus Spears1.5 Cups Vegetable Stock1 Single-Serve Cheese (Baby Bell works great!)
Directions
Mix the vegetable stock and the clean asparagus in a glass bowl. Make sure to coat evenly.
Heat in the microwave for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
When cooked throughout, let sit on a plate.
Using a zester, zest the cheese over the asparagus.
When cooled, serve.
