Pork Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
5 Medium Russet Potatoes- peeled and cut into large cubes1.5 cup of baby carrots halvedHalf of a Large head of Cabbage roughly chopped1 Med onion quartered1 pork chop raw, bone & excess fat removedSalt, Pepper, Thyme, & Rosemary, or whatever seasonings that are preferred- I use about a tsp each water- enough to cover all ingredients
Directions
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook on low at least 8 hours or high for 6.
