Crockpot creamy chicken and rice soup

Ingredients
Chicken broth/stock-7 cupsChicken breast-1lbCelery-1 large stalk choppedCarrots-2 medium choppedOnion-1 medium chopped2 bay leavesLemon pepper seasoning-1 tspGarlic powder-1 tspOnion powder- 1/2 tspCumin-1/2 tspWhite rice-3/4 cupSelf rising flour- 1/4 cupSkim milk-1/2 cup
Directions
This is a Crockpot recipe. The cooking time is 8 hours. Add all but the last three ingredients and cook. Half way through cooking time add rice. 30 minutes before end of cooking time take out chicken and shred. Add chicken back to soup. Mix flour and milk well in a separate container and then add to soup. Let cook for 30 more minutes to let thicken.
