Healthy Pumpkin Pie Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats1 cup rolled oats, blended into flour1 15 oz can pumpkin puree2 large ripe bananas1 tsp salt2 tsp nutmeg2 tbsp cinnamon2 tbsp ginger
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oats, flour, salt and spices in a medium mixing bowl.

2) Blend the pumpkin and bananas and pour into dry mixture. Stir well to fully combine. This may take about 5 minutes.

3) With a quarter cup measuring cup, scoop out dough and drop it onto your pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 13 1/4 cup cookies
