Ingredients
2 precooked boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can 28 oz. whole pear tomatoes with fresh basil1 can 14 oz. whole pear tomatoes with fresh basil1 can of coconut milk1 can of Madras curry sauceRed/Orange/Yellow bell peppers chopped into mouth sized pieces1/2 baked sweet potato skin removed1 large sweet onion quartered/then sliced(other vegetables to taste such as carrots, celery, etc.)
Directions
Throw everything in the pot and heat!
