GNARLHODO
I substituted plain yogurt for sour cream (which I can't get in Japan) and the sauce really sated my craving for ranch dressing (also unavailable). I will definitely make the sauce again.
I made the patties with shredded carrot, green onion, cayenne pepper and paprika. Give it a try! - 6/8/11
