5 oz. Whole Chicken6 Potatoes, Peeled & cubed16 oz. Baby Cut Carrots, Fresh1 Can Chicken Broth, Low Sodium1 Lemon, Juiced1/2 tsp. Thyme, Dried1 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend1 Tbsp. Black Pepper, Ground
Serving Size: 14 - 3 oz. servings
Juice lemon and mix in herbs & seasonings and place into the slow cooker.
Peel & cut potatoes into cubes.
Place potatoes & carrots into the slow cooker.
Place chicken into the slow cooker and baste chicken with some of the broth in the bottom of the crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
