Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.75 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal24 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup, sliced Summer squash1 tsp chipotle chili1.5 tsp cumin0.5 tsp oregano
Directions
Mix all and form into 6 patties. Fry in a pan until done.
